## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to oversee the execution of commercial routines and processes for our outsourced sales team in the Small Retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless execution of commercial routines and processes for the outsourced sales team in the Small Retail channel

- Participate in morning and afternoon meetings with the team and commercial partner Ambev to strengthen relationships, track results, and discuss action plans

- Guide and engage field teams, providing training, recognition, and best practices

- Monitor team productivity, visit effectiveness, order conversion, route planning, and PDV database updates

- Track key KPIs such as volume, coverage, distribution, execution at PDV, and market share, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to meet targets

- Conduct frequent routes with the sales team, monitoring execution at PDV, identifying opportunities, and ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines

- Ensure excellent execution at the point of sale, focusing on stock levels, SKU mix, pricing, and merchandising materials

- Manage market programs and negotiations with strategic clients, guaranteeing implementation and follow-up of action plans and commercial investments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields

- Valid driver's license type B

- Experience in data-driven decision-making

- Previous experience in commercial area and/or trade marketing, preferably in consumer goods companies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Availability to reside in Goiânia

- Travel requirements: 30-40%
