## About the Role

We're expanding our AI Agents Suite and are looking for an AI Agents Strategist to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing AI agents for retail and e-commerce customers.

## What You'll Do

- Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions teams.

- Own both the revenue goals and product direction, enabling the training and adoption of client stakeholders to confidently launch and operate AI agents.

- Ensure early, measurable results by connecting agent performance to business outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cost savings, and customer loyalty.

- Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of AI agent customers.

- Drive revenue growth through: new customers, existing customers, partnerships, and supporting the right messaging and marketing of the AI Agent solution.

- Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.

- Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.

- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

## Requirements

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment.

- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.

- Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives.

- Consultative, proactive mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, “build from scratch” environment.
