## Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Associate, Special Events who is skilled in the private events and hospitality industry. This position will assist with and own private/special events at Daytona International Speedway. This person must be extremely detailed oriented with a strong willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.

## What you'll do

Assist Special Events Manager with all aspects of Private & Special events including:

- Contract Creation

- Room Layouts

- Design Set-Up

- Vendor Management

- Catering + BEOs

## What you need

- Current Student enrolled in a Hospitality management Program or recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality/Event Management
