## Description

We are seeking a JPY Rates Sales professional to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a key growth driver for DB FIC franchise, maintaining a strong presence in yen rates market is critical for overall DB Japan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- JPY rates sales covering foreign institutional clients

- Primary focus on yen rates products such as JGBs/yen rates derivatives

- Close business relationship with clients, trading desks, and global ICG colleagues

- High interpersonal relationship ability and wide range of product knowledge/experience in global rates market

**Requirements:**

- Product knowledge of JPY rates, including cash bonds, swaps, swaption, xccy swaps

- Solid knowledge/experience of yen rates products such as JGBs/yen rates derivatives

- Sales experience covering fixed income clients

- Education to University degree level

- Native level English

- Very strong and persuasive communication skills and influencing skills

- Sales motivated, personable, and able to develop & maintain relationships

- JSDA1 qualification holder preferred

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems
