## Description

We are offering a Team Manager - Ambient role at our Distribution site in Northwich.

Your role as our Warehouse Team Manager, will be to engage and communicate with your team to ensure that it works efficiently in all areas such as goods in, pick and loading.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop talent in your team through coaching and guidance

- Set targets and review progress, creating plans to improve performance

- Resolve operational problems and implement continuous improvement initiatives

- Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking action to ensure they are met

Requirements:

- 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment

- Team management experience is desirable but not essential
