Join Argos, a leading UK digital retailer, as a Customer Advisor in Sainsbury's, Dungannon, County Tyrone.

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide an excellent experience for customers when they visit the store to shop or collect their online orders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds

- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet

- Build great knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations

**Requirements:**

- Friendly and welcoming, with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers and helping them have a great experience

- Comfortable talking to customers about financial services when buying certain products

- Happy working at pace in a physical, high-energy environment, pulling together with the team to get more done and support one another

- Prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store, taking ownership and stepping in where needed

- Embraces new digital tools and technology, using them confidently to work effectively and deliver brilliant outcomes

- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in keeping the store clean, safe, and clutter-free
