## Description

As a Senior IT Transformation & Integration Manager at Red Bull's global HQ in Austria, you'll lead the IT agenda for strategic projects, subsidiaries, and business units. Your goal will be to ensure business value, scalability, and effective execution.

Key areas of focus:

- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives

- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams

- Drive governance, performance, and transparency across IT initiatives

- Lead complex IT projects and cross-functional programmes from planning to delivery

- Manage risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery capacity

- Identify opportunities to modernize processes and advance IT service maturity

Requirements:

- Higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical IT experience

- English fluency required, German or another additional language is an advantage

- Several years of broad IT industry experience across areas such as enterprise applications, infrastructure, software delivery, IT service management, project management, testing, consulting, security, and digital transformation

- At least 7 years of management and leadership experience in complex IT environments

- A track record in IT governance, IT strategy execution, portfolio management, programme delivery, service quality improvement, and management reporting
