## Description

We are seeking a Mine Water Treatment Lead to join our UK and Ireland based mining business. As a critical leadership position, you will build and develop a client-focused mine water treatment team, integrating with other regional teams globally. You will support the current UK and Ireland mine water team and play a key role in the strategic development of our client-focused water stewardship initiative, helping clients achieve their water intensity and efficiency targets and sustainability objectives.

Responsibilities include:

- Building, developing, and leading Mine Water Treatment teams with a strong employee retention record

- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development

- Leadership in HSSE through the implementation of HSSE policies and procedures

- Experience across various jurisdictions globally

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in process or chemical engineering (or equivalent field)

- Masters or PhD level qualification in a relevant field

- Proven track record in building, developing, and leading Mine Water Treatment teams

- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development

- Demonstrated leadership in HSSE

- Experience across various jurisdictions globally
