The Subscriber Growth & Monetization team within Disney Entertainment DTC seeks an Analyst to play a key role in growing their direct-to-consumer business, focusing on business performance tracking, initiative planning, and ad-hoc model support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support and enhance the Disney+ Domestic Subscriber forecast process and key underlying assumptions

- Collaborate with key operational support teams to ensure alignment on key assumptions and understanding of KPIs

- Support strategic ad hoc analysis to highlight KPI trends, opportunities/risks to plan, size new offerings, and evaluate new strategic initiatives

- Maintain a strong understanding of operating performance, major deals and transactions, issues and challenges facing the businesses, and relevant trends in the streaming business

- Develop impactful presentation materials that effectively communicate subscriber projections, drivers, business performance, and risks & opportunities to leadership

**Qualifications:**

- 0 to 2 years of relevant finance/strategy experience in media, direct-to-consumer subscription, management/strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar fields

- Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management

- Deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, able to prioritize, and resolve an array of issues simultaneously

- Expert Excel skills; extensive experience building operating models and analyzing large data sets

- Knowledge and understanding of subscription/DTC KPIs a must

- Media & Entertainment industry experience a plus

**Education:**

- Bachelor's degree

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $86,200.00 to $118,400.00 per year.
