## Description

Join IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team as a Pharmacovigilance Team Lead, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will lead a growing Pharmacovigilance function, combining people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight in a highly visible role.

The role involves:

- Leading and developing a small Pharmacovigilance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day management

- Ensuring delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities

- Acting as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects

- Supporting regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes

- Overseeing adverse event and safety case management activities

- Contributing to quality management, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives

- Supporting business growth through client relationship management and proposal activities

- Delivering PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field

- Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment

- Previous people management experience

- Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes

- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead teams in a dynamic environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 53,200.00 € - 79,800.00 €.
