## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, specifically Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:30 am to 11:15 am. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other

- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

This is a frontline role that requires resilience, commitment, and flexibility. You'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
