As a Trainee Composite Trimmer, you will assist with the trimming of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes, and complexities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Trimming a broad range of products

- Checking route card instructions for accuracy

- Developing processes to improve quality and efficiency

- Maintaining equipment

- Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy
