## Description

We are CMS – Cisco Managed Service team, a high-performing, globally connected team with a strong culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. As a Technical Consulting Engineer at CMS, you will work as a trusted partner on customer live networks, solving complex issues and leading technical discussions with customers.

**Your Impact** You will own problems end-to-end to guide customers, accelerating business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

- Working on incidents and solving them

- Engaging and working closely with various teams to resolve technical issues

- Guiding and mentoring teams on technology and problem-solving

- Striving for continuous learning and being a result-oriented team player

- Handling escalated situations and exhibiting technical leadership to manage customer problems

**Minimum Qualifications**

- BE/BTech degree

- Minimum 8+ years of NOC/TAC hands-on troubleshooting experience

- Certification – CCNA, ITIL

- Strong technology knowledge – L2/L3 networking protocols, Routing & Switching, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, SDWAN

- Good hands-on troubleshooting experience on LAN/WAN network, Nexus -2K/5K/7K/9K

- Hands-on experience in performing RMA/SWAP of Cisco switches, routers independently & remotely

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Certification – CCNP, SDWAN, CCIE

- Automation knowledge – Python, Unix/Citrix, AI Tools

- Proven ability to mentor & develop junior engineers

- Drive improvements plan focused on customer, team efficiency

- Ability to learn & adopt new technology & engage with various teams to drive initiatives
