## Description

The market for alternative investments is undergoing significant transformation, and iCapital is leading the way by building technology and service models that connect General Partners (GPs) with the high-net-worth market.

We are launching a new, dedicated line of business focused on providing a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for a sophisticated and rapidly growing fund structure: the '34 Act Registered Fund.

As a Product Manager, you will serve as the central point of ownership for these funds, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of a GP's '34 Act fund(s).

## Responsibilities

- Co-manage the fund launch project plan for new clients with the Fund Origination team, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational, administrative, and technical aspects of the GP's '34 Act fund(s).

- Collaborate with the GP's Relationship Manager to provide a seamless client experience.

- Liaise between the GP and internal iCapital teams, including Fund Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology.

- Coordinate with distribution partners, including wealth management firms, to ensure operational readiness and resolve inquiries.

- Review fund documents to ensure operational feasibility.

- Configure the fund on the iCapital platform, including share classes, fee structures, and reporting requirements.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams to validate platform workflows.

- Provide clients with market intelligence on '34 Act fund trends and best practices.

- Maintain a risk and issue log for each fund launch and contribute to improving operational playbooks.

## Qualifications

- 5-9+ years of experience in product management, project management, or client-facing fund operations within financial services.

- Deep understanding of alternative investment products and fund structures, preferably with experience in registered funds or private funds with complex operational requirements.

- Familiarity with software and technology platforms used in alternative investments, wealth management, and fund services.

- Ability to understand the iCapital system and its ecosystem.

- Knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage institutional client relationships and complex projects.

- Experience in an investor services or investor relations role at a General Partner (GP) or alternative investment fund is direct experience.

## Benefits

- Base salary range: $120,000 to $180,000.

- Comprehensive compensation package including salary, equity, annual performance bonus, and benefits.
