## Description

We are seeking a Hematology Product Manager to lead key activities in GSK Poland's hematology franchise. As a critical enabler for our growing hematology commercial franchise, you will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and global integrated campaigns for GSK's hemato-oncology portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels

- Create and update promotional materials that reflect brand messaging while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and external agencies

- Provide sales support and training to enhance promotion of GSK's hemato-oncology products

- Manage budgets and report on financial performance

- Coordinate logistics for congresses, seminars, and webinars

**What you bring to the role:**

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline

- At least 3 years of recent marketing experience within hemato-oncology

- Strong knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical landscape

- Fluent in both Polish and English

- Excellent communication and project management skills
