## Description

We are seeking a Director - Emerging Markets Trader to manage a portfolio of interest rate derivatives in Latin American currencies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring accurate pricing and effective hedging strategies

- Executing interest rate derivative transactions for clients to optimize risk management and deliver revenue targets

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing analysis and insights on Latin American currency markets

- Maintaining and enhancing quantitative pricing models and valuation tools for interest rate derivatives in Latin American markets

- Building and sustaining relationships with market participants across Latin America to support competitive positioning

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards specific to Latin American markets

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience

- 8 years of experience in pricing and valuing interest rate derivatives, trading interest rate derivatives, and managing financial exposures in portfolios of interest rate derivatives

- 5 years of experience in operating electronic trading platforms, managing electronic price delivery processes, delivering client-specific solutions, and providing analysis of key drivers impacting interest rate derivatives markets
