## Description

We are seeking a Station Head to lead our operations in Pendang, Kedah. As a Station Head, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and subcontractors, and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

- Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery

- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they carry out their tasks properly and completely

- Stand in as a hub manager as needed

- Handle cash on delivery money and ensure it is banked in every day

- Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests

- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcels

- Comply with Quality Management System, OH&S management system, and GDPMD system requirements

- Take care of your own and others' safety, and participate in related programs such as training and campaigns

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field

- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
