## Description

Prudential is seeking a 名單行銷活動與客群經營規劃人員 to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities and customer relationship management strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for existing customer lists

- Designing and executing direct marketing campaigns to deepen customer relationships

- Analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and system units

- Providing administrative support for marketing activities and department operations

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, or direct marketing

- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, customer relationship management, or MGM activities

- Strong marketing planning and strategic thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Basic data analysis skills and understanding of campaign effectiveness

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
