## Description

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, and be part of our expanding international team with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Armenia, and Dubai.

As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals to drive the company's business growth and build market position.

Responsibilities:

- Identify sales targets and key opinion leaders

- Present products and services to new clients

- Conduct regular market research

- Identify key markets and provide input

- Develop strategies for specified markets

- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets

- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients

- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts

- Attend major industry events

- Document business development activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a similar industry

- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

- Computer literacy with good command of Google apps

- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and maintain a proactive position in running a business

- Ability to travel when required
