## Description

As an External Reporting Manager at Wise, you will support the Head of Reporting in various workstreams, including Operating As A US Business, Financial Reporting Automation, and Audit Readiness initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Head of Reporting in Operating As A US Business workstreams, such as Disclosure Governance, External Reporting Committee minutes, and FS Disclosures

- Maintaining policy and procedures, working closely with Analytics/Products to consider future financial reporting impacts of new AI initiatives and toolings

- Leading Audit Readiness initiatives, including position papers and walkthroughs of new Wise accounting and audit initiatives

- Supporting audit champions with “best practice” and continuous review and optimisation of the audit process

- Managing projects from start to finish, identifying blockers, and finding ways to remove them

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of a company's reporting function

- ACA qualified

- Strong written documentation skills

- Audit background

- Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with multiple teams

- Experience working for a US listed company is integral; fintech experience is helpful but not essential
