Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests and initiating a warm, helpful interaction

- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience

- Actively supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Accurately executing all Fills and processing inbound deliveries

- Operating power equipment only if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

This role requires:

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

- Working both independently and with a team

- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and following multi-step processes
