### Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Senior Analyst to join our Customer Success Group (CSG) at Salesforce in Tokyo, Japan. As a senior analyst, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations to leaders in our Professional Services department, focusing on resource management and operational efficiency.

### Your Impact

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our business through effective resource management, including consultants and external partners. You will work closely with leaders to identify innovative approaches to customer success and organisational growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans for resource management

- Maximising service delivery capacity through efficient resource allocation and partnership management

- Leading resource allocation meetings to optimise project staffing and partner selection

- Collaborating with global teams, finance, HR, and other departments to improve operational processes

- Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure business outcomes

- Providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making

### Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, resource management, or a related field

- Experience working in professional services, preferably within a consulting firm or IT services company

- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills

- Business-level English and fluent Japanese language skills

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities

- Understanding of diverse cultures and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

### Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Salesforce products or certifications

- Experience with IT projects or business intelligence tools like Tableau
