## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Personal Safety Division team in Penang, Malaysia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the PSD portfolio penetration within key end-user and distributor customers, driving key customer opportunities, and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage PSD portfolio penetration within key end-user and distributor customers

- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts

- Execute marketing plans through sales calls, networking, and initiating sales prospects

- Research and monitor competitor sales and marketing activities

- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all materials, communications, and events

- Implement sales forecasting activities and achieve or exceed annual business targets

- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and trade association meetings

- Provide PSD portfolio training and support to internal stakeholders and external customers

- Work with PSD sales representatives to drive and develop the business

- Timely reporting into CRM system

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- Preferably majored in Science or Engineering

- New graduates are welcome

- +/- 5 years of combined experience in Industrial Sales and/or Safety Marketplace Sales

- Experience in sales of Personal Safety products (PPE/Fall Protection/SCBA)

- Strong background in Key Account-focused sales activity

- Exhibits strong organizational and prioritization skills

- Experienced selling through various channels along with end-user selling

- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of product lines, customer segments, and their needs

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders

- Self-starter who can effectively work in a fast-paced environment

- Experienced with MS Office and has the ability to understand technical diagrams (Autocad)

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Communicates fluently in English and Bahasa

- Ability to influence, communicate, and negotiate across all levels in an organization

- Able to leverage working relationships with key people in accounts and/or distributors at all levels to exceed sales objectives

- Must possess a valid driver's license
