## Description

IOM is seeking a Driver to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving assigned IOM office vehicles, managing day-to-day maintenance, arranging minor repairs, and ensuring vehicles are kept clean.

Responsibilities:

- Drive assigned IOM office vehicle(s)

- Manage day-to-day maintenance of vehicles

- Arrange for minor repairs and ensure vehicles are kept clean

- Ensure vehicles undertake regular service intervals

- Keep records of spare parts and conduct monthly inventory

- Find the most direct and safe route to destinations

- Ensure IOM vehicles are used only for official business

- Prepare daily log sheets and monthly reports

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion

- Meet official personnel at airports and facilitate immigration and customs formalities

- Collect and deliver mail, documents, and other items

- Assist with simple clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

- High school degree or certificate with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree

- Valid national driver's license

- Knowledge of driving rules and regulations

- Experience driving various vehicle makes and models

- Skills in minor vehicle repairs

- Fluency in Urdu and English (oral and written)

- Proficiency in one additional UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish)
