## Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Process Life and Accident and Health (A&H) change requests as per stipulated requirements.

- Meet or exceed timelines and objectives for assignments and projects agreed with your superior.

- Implement impact plans on time and participate in team activities.

- Attend and get certified for development plans to upgrade authority limits and skills.

- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by your supervisor.

- Process and assess client data in various systems to verify and confirm correct information.

- Assist other teams on an ad-hoc basis as required.

**Job Requirements:**

- A recognised tertiary Bachelor's Degree qualification.

- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese an added advantage.

- Passing SPM Chinese subject is a must.

- Able to adapt to a desk-bound working environment, working shifts including weekends on a rotation basis and able to work overtime beyond normal office hours.

- The role is required to follow the Hong Kong working calendar.

- Candidates awaiting confirmation of their Master's placement are encouraged to apply.

- Willing to work in the Putrajaya area.

- This is a 1-year contract hiring.
