## Description

Dark Wolf is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead/Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to establish a robust security posture for a government information system.

The successful candidate will provide oversight and enforcement of Department of War policies and procedures to maintain a holistic security approach for the system's lifecycle.

The ISSM will act as the primary security advisor to the PM, AO, and ISO, and oversee an ISSO Team to ensure compliance with established information security AF requirements.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide oversight and enforcement of Department of War policies and procedures

- Act as primary security advisor to PM, AO, and ISO

- Oversee ISSO Team and ensure compliance with information security AF requirements

**Requirements**

- 5 years' experience as an ISSM or 7 years' experience as a Sr. ISSO

- Subject Matter Expertise in Risk Management Framework

- Hands-on experience enforcing information protection policies in an unclassified environment

- Extensive experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, ELK Stack, or Crowdstrike

- Experience with Infrastructure and Cloud Security tools including Terraform/Ansible, Github

- At least one of the following cyber security certifications: CASP+, CE, CSSLP, CISSP

- Strong experience with DoD and Air Force Risk Management Framework (RMF)

- Proficient with a major cloud services platform, i.e., GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

- U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance

**Desired Qualifications**

- Experience with task management, metrics collection, and status reporting to management

- Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technology

- Demonstrated knowledge/experience in resource allocation, workload management, and contract management

- Any additional certifications relevant to system and cyber security not previously listed

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $150,000.00 - $165,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
