## Description

We are seeking a Stock Assistant to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Covent Garden, London. As a Stock Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stock processes are managed smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with the management team to drive operational excellence, prioritise deliveries, and maintain high stockroom standards. You will also be responsible for championing Health and Safety and ensuring the stockroom is a safe working environment.

As a Stock Assistant, you will:

- Work closely with the management team to drive operational excellence

- Prioritise deliveries to ensure all best sellers and replenishment lines are available to customers

- Maintain a neat and tidy stockroom, ensuring stock is easy to find

- Coach colleagues on best practices and what good looks like

- Champion Health and Safety and ensure the stockroom is a safe working environment

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be operating at a Sales Advisor level, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry. You will have a passion for operational excellence and experience managing stock processes and deliveries. You will be innovative, able to work independently and as part of a team, and adaptable to priority changes.
