## Description

HSBC is recruiting for a Stage - Assistant CMA Corporate - Origination / Syndication position in Paris.

As an entry-level professional, you will join the Capital Markets & Advisory department within the Corporate & Institutional Banking division.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and executing financial arrangement mandates for corporate clients under syndicated loan formats (refinancing, acquisition financing, capex lines, general needs).

- Presenting to clients (pitches, responses to tender offers, acquisition capacity).

- Preparing market trend analyses for syndicated loans (trends, types, rankings, press reviews, etc.).

- Preparing supporting documents for syndication (information memoranda, presentations to banks, credit memos, etc.).

- Following up on operations assigned (legal follow-up) and managing the syndication process (interactions with lenders/lawyers/clients, syndication reports, allocations, press releases).

- Following up on investor relationships to monitor the market for syndicated loans (comparables, investment criteria, bank appetite analysis).

- Reviewing client/prospect portfolios by geographic area.

You will be part of a dynamic team based in Paris, working closely with teams in London and Düsseldorf.
