## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Amsterdam Zuidas store, you will provide expert product advice to customers and lead a team by example.

You will be the go-to person for colleagues on the shop floor and help with complex customer queries.

Your responsibilities include:

- Training, supervising, coaching, and guiding colleagues on the shop floor

- Proactively giving feedback to help colleagues improve their work

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the Coolblue store

- Sharing ideas with the Store Manager

The salary for this role is between € 2,891 and € 3,091 per month, based on 40 hours of work.
