We are seeking a compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at Priory Hillside, a residential service located near Burnley. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping our residents achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities** You will be part of a team committed to providing personalized care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring residents' personal needs are met, including personal care, daily living tasks, and participation in activities

- Completing daily administrative tasks, such as updating care plans and daily notes

- Building professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

- Providing guidance and support to less experienced staff members

**Requirements**

- UK driving license for at least 3 years

- Experience in a similar environment

- Good communication skills
