## Description

We are seeking an Engagement Manager to join our Analytics & Consulting Team in Frankfurt or Munich. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for providing holistic consulting services to our clients, from identifying client needs to developing proposals and successfully completing projects.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility:

- Lead complex consulting projects that combine qualitative and quantitative primary market research with market, prescription and other IQVIA data.

- Act as main contact for client inquiries.

- Manage project teams, potentially interdisciplinary, from kick-off to successful project completion.

- Present project results and moderate workshops.

- Continuously monitor project progress and provide reporting to support internal finance processes.

- Identify client needs at the interface of primary market research and analytics and develop existing project approaches and methods further – also with targeted use of AI.

- Actively support the conception, calculation and presentation of proposals to clients and drive business development together with the responsible principal and account team.

- As a manager in our team, you will assume both technical and disciplinary responsibility for around 3-5 employees – promoting individual development and supporting performance management processes.

- Drive internal initiatives to further develop our team, including participation in recruiting days, ensuring knowledge transfer and coordinating internal training initiatives.

Requirements:

- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field.

- At least six years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment with a focus on data analytics and/or primary market research, ideally in consulting.

- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market-specific conditions in Germany.

- Experience in designing and managing consulting projects with a good understanding of how to combine analysis results from primary and secondary data into well-founded recommendations for action.

- Practical experience in using AI-supported tools and a critical and responsible approach to AI-generated results.

- Experience in business development in the sense of proposal design and calculation, customer service and development.

- Proven leadership experience and enthusiasm for promoting and developing employees.

- Excellent analytical thinking and data affinity, pronounced customer orientation and sovereign appearance.

- Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English, in writing and speaking.
