## Description

We are recruiting a full-time rotating receptionist for our Ibis hotel in Avranches.

The hotel is located near the Mont Saint-Michel, close to the D-Day beaches and between Saint-Malo and Granville. It offers 66 rooms and a restaurant open every day.

As a rotating receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Providing a warm, efficient and quality welcome to guests

- Carrying out check-in/check-out procedures and administrative tasks

- Verifying client guarantees and reservations

- Answering phone calls and taking reservations

- Checking and controlling the cash register

- Closing and reporting daily activities

- Collaborating closely with hotel services

- Preparing information for various departments to ensure optimal service delivery

You have:

- A diploma related to hospitality or catering and/or previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position

- Excellent communication and service skills

- Organised, dynamic and meticulous approach

- Ability to work in a team and offer high-quality experiences to clients

- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an asset

- Familiarity with Fols and/or Opera Cloud software would be beneficial

- Salary: from €12.34 gross per hour (determined according to profile) + monthly bonuses (potential of €220 gross per month) + annual bonus + meal allowance (€4.35 per day)
