## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing five-star service to customers, recommending and selling our newest food products, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Meeting strong customer demand

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working across various areas of the store

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Being digitally confident

- Being a team player

- Flexibility to work varied shifts

Working hours:

- Monday: 06:00 - 14:00

- Tuesday: 06:00 - 14:00

- Saturday: 05:00 - 14:45

Note: This role involves working early mornings, so applicants must be 18 years or older.

Benefits:

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
