Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 11:00-17:00

- Monday: 11:00-17:00

- Tuesday: 11:00-17:00

- Saturday: 11:00-17:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
