## Description

Join Ubisoft's Global Publishing Communications team as an International Events Assistant Intern. You'll work closely with the Events Manager to develop and implement external event strategies, ensuring consistent and unique experiences across physical, digital, and hybrid events.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting logistical operations before, during, and after events

- Assisting with agency briefings

- Helping subsidiaries deploy local event strategies

- Implementing new processes and finding new suppliers and agencies

- Monitoring event production trends

Requirements:

- Currently studying, with ideally some prior professional or extracurricular experience in events

- Strong organisational, creative, and communication skills

- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral skills (French not mandatory but beneficial)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
