## Description

Join Hang Seng Bank's Commercial Banking team as a Senior Associate, Corporate Banking - Mainland Corporates.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.

As a Senior Associate, you will:

- Support senior relationship managers in managing a quality commercial banking portfolio to achieve business targets and deepen client relationships.

- Manage internal processes, prepare credit proposals and facilities documentation with a good understanding of client businesses, financing arrangements and market conditions.

- Conduct credit reviews/inspections of customers' operational facilities and ensure identification of potential credit issues.

- Identify sales opportunities and liaise with product partners to deliver appropriate product and service solutions to increase revenue from customers and maximize profitability of each relationship.

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.

- Knowledge in cash management, trade finance, FX and other market products, asset management or structured finance.

- Proven experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management.

- Pass in HKSI and IA licensing examinations preferred.

- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
