## Description

The Partner Quality Engineering (PQE) teams validate Windows devices before they ship. In this Sr TPM role, you will own the assessment and validation toolkit layer for the Windows device ecosystem. Your responsibilities include defining the strategy for kits and assessments, driving predictable releases, and turning validation data into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the assessment and validation toolkit strategy for the Windows ecosystem

- Drive reliable releases for key kits and assessments with clear quality gates and partner readiness

- Collaborate with engineering teams to keep assessments relevant to device development and usage

- Work with device makers and silicon partners to improve pre-ship quality and reduce validation friction

- Evolve system-level validation and certification requirements with partner communications and escalation paths

- Build scalable partner enablement through documentation, training, and self-service experiences

- Leverage data and AI to improve assessment triage and root-cause analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product management, data analysis, or product development

- Preferred qualifications include experience in program management, engineering, developer tools, SDKs, validation tools, or partner-facing technical products
