## Description

The Contract Support Manager will act as the contract's business analyst and performance assurance lead, ensuring data integrity, managing performance reporting frameworks, supporting compliance activities, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery across the contract.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring operational data is complete, accurate, timely, and auditable

- Acting as the contract lead for data integrity

- Implementing controls and validation processes to prevent reporting errors and data inconsistencies

- Maintaining and developing the contract's performance reporting framework

- Producing regular performance reports, dashboards, and management information packs

- Analysing operational performance data and providing insightful commentary and recommendations

- Monitoring contractual KPIs, SLAs, and internal targets

- Supporting the development and monitoring of continuous improvement action plans

- Ensuring contract governance requirements are consistently applied

- Monitoring compliance with key operational processes

- Conducting depot audits and supporting environmental compliance requirements

- Coordinating and supporting external audits

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, experience managing or supervising colleagues, and a full UK driving licence.
