## Description

This is your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Centre Kassel is looking for a Welcome Manager to strengthen our team.

As a Welcome Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional hospitality and customer care during their visit to our dealership. Your role will involve:

- Greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome

- Coordinating customer arrivals and directing them to the relevant colleagues

- Ensuring a high-quality welcome experience for our customers in the waiting area

- Maintaining and presenting our products in the Porsche Lifestyle Store

- Supporting the Service Team with administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with:

- A completed commercial education and experience in front office or direct customer contact

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- High reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to go the extra mile

- A friendly and approachable manner
