As a Process Operator at our Vlissingen factory, you will be responsible for producing our oat base, a fundamental component of our products. You will oversee the automated production process, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met. Your tasks will include operating and monitoring our state-of-the-art process equipment, taking samples, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely delivery of production while maintaining safety and quality standards

- Take samples, conduct inspections, and check technical installations

- Resolve first-line technical problems

- Prepare and record reports in our documentation system

- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

- Operate and monitor process equipment

- Contribute to our Food Safety Culture and Health, Environment, and Safety environment

- Participate in working groups to implement process improvements

Requirements:

- VAPRO B diploma

- Experience in a production environment

- Familiarity with the food industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills in Dutch and English

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
