## Description

Join Kobie's India Tech Hub as a Campaign Manager, a key role in shaping the company's presence in India.

As a Campaign Manager, you will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver loyalty marketing campaigns and email marketing for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and document client campaign requirements

- Validate campaign briefs for completeness

- Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners

- Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications

- Manage campaign deployment, including subscriber data, audience segmentation, and email scheduling

- Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira

- Support A/B and multivariate test planning

- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements

- Develop robust campaign and process documentation

- Escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, account management, or project management

- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Experience with a new client implementation

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines

- Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
