**Responsibilities**

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and others

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program

- Current or pending state licensure

- Basic Life Support certification

**Compensation** The pay range for this position is $33.00-$36.00 per hour, considering multiple compensation factors, including background, experience, and work location.
