## Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in Ottawa, specializing in Indigenous Commercial Banking within Ontario North & East. As a senior role, you will provide professional relationship management and top-tier financial advice to clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Apply past sales experience for prospecting and lead generation to new and existing clients

- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through review of financial statements

- Provide exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice

- Leverage RBC's expertise by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions

- Collaborate and coordinate with teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy

- Champion digital enablement by promoting RBC's mobile application

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience

- Proven track record in sales and business development and exceptional client relationship management

- Credit skills including assessment of risk and financial analysis

- Expertise and industry focus in Non-For-Profit (NFP) sector in the mid-market range of clients

- Experience with emerging communications and technology

**Nice-to-haves:**

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Deep products and services knowledge dependent on industry specialization

- New client acquisition skills

- University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience
