## Description

Welo Data is seeking an Ads Quality Rater to review and grade internet advertisements, helping shape how ads are delivered to end-users. You'll assess ad suggestions made by an AI program based on user keywords, reviewing ads in both English and Bulgarian.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

**Project Details:**

- **Job Title:** Ads Quality Rater

- **Pay Rate:** Approximately $7 per hour, based on tasks

- **Location:** Remote/work from home - must be based in Bulgaria

- **Hours:** Minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, up to 20 hours per week

- **Start Date:** ASAP

- **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor/Freelance/Self-Employed

- **Project Duration:** Long-term

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in Bulgarian

- Strong understanding of English (written and spoken)

- Familiarity with modern popular culture

- Reliable computer system and internet connection

- Experience with online search engines

- Ability to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement

**Additional Information:**

- This work is based on project needs, so weekly hours may vary and flexibility with change is expected.

- You must legally be able to work on freelance projects in Bulgaria.
