## Description

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team in Hangzhou, China. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining core business systems and server-side applications.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in product demand analysis and technical solution discussions, independently completing module design, coding, testing, and related technical documentation.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize core business systems and server-side applications to ensure stability, availability, and high-performance operation.

- Participate in code reviews and technical solution reviews, continuously promoting code quality, architecture optimization, and best practices.

- Develop and integrate AI Agent and intelligent applications, including large language models (LLM), Agent Workflow, RAG knowledge base, and tool calling.

- Utilize AI development tools to improve research and development efficiency, continuously promoting automation, intelligence, and engineering construction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 7+ years of internet or software development experience.

- Proficient in at least one development language, such as Java or Python, with solid software development foundations and understanding of object-oriented design concepts and common design patterns.

- Familiar with distributed system architecture design and basic principles, able to proficiently use mainstream development frameworks and technical components.

- Experience with database design and performance optimization, familiar with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and non-relational databases such as Redis, MongoDB.

- Experience with AI application development or related knowledge background, familiar with large language models (LLM), AI Agent, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with Agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, with experience in Agent Workflow design, multi-Agent collaboration development, or AI tool integration development.

- Proficient in using AI auxiliary research and development tools to improve development efficiency.

- Good engineering awareness, familiar with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.

- Strong problem analysis ability, learning ability, and innovation consciousness, able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems.

- Excellent communication coordination ability, team cooperation spirit, and stress resistance, able to efficiently collaborate with business, product, and technical teams.
