## Description

We are seeking a Powersports Export Sales Representative to join our team at American Honda Motor Company. As a Powersports Export Sales Representative, you will drive export sales performance for AHM-developed ATV/SXS and Snow Blower products across assigned markets by partnering with global distributors to build demand, develop and execute profitable wholesale/production plans, and convert market needs into accurate forecasts, pricing actions, and sales orders that achieve AHM volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key accountabilities include:

- Delivering wholesale volume and revenue targets across all assigned export markets

- Building, developing, and managing the distributor and Genpo network within the assigned territory

- Providing regular market share, competitive, and commercial performance analysis for all assigned countries

- Supporting export forecasting and planning for AHM-produced 4 Wheel and Snow Blower products

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, and at least three years of export sales, sales administration, and/or customer service experience. Knowledge of Powersports and/or Power Equipment products and industry is preferred, as well as bilingual Spanish/English skills.
