## Description

As a Senior Digital Content Consultant Adobe, you will work with customers pursuing personalisation at scale to assess, optimise and manage their content supply processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading business discovery workstreams and aligning with customers on relevant business goals and critical metrics

- Mapping the content lifecycle from creation to distribution

- Assessing the customer's content supply process to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

- Defining the role of Generative AI and automation capabilities to reduce cost and time to create, produce and deliver content

- Performing complex process re-design to align the content supply process to a customer's strategy

- Guiding customers to train AI models on data to ensure consistent brand representation across channels

- Designing effective content approval processes

- Developing implementation strategies and roadmaps for Adobe solutions

- Analysing performance and surfacing insights to inform continued optimisation

- Performing organisational analysis to assess barriers to adoption and developing mitigation strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of content supply optimisation experience

- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Deep understanding of Content Management platforms and technologies (AEM, Workfront preferred)

- Complex process re-design expertise and change management experience

- Experience with AI and automation

- Extensive Agile experience and product backlog management experience

- Customer-centric approach and outcome mentality
