## Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused SCUF Gaming Partnership Coordinator to join our team. As a SCUF Gaming Partnership Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing, creator, and esports partnership campaigns across key European markets, with a focus on France, Spain, Italy, and other priority Southern European markets.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute influencer marketing, creator, and esports partnership campaigns

- Support day-to-day communication with creators, talent managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders

- Manage sponsorship projects using internal project management systems

- Maintain deliverables trackers for paid partnerships, ambassador programs, and product launches

- Support creator onboarding and coordinate sample orders

- Ensure creators have all required assets and information to represent SCUF Gaming

- Monitor creator content once live to ensure deliverables are correctly implemented

- Support coordination of marketing assets for new partnerships and campaigns

- Track creator and affiliate performance

- Maintain the European influencer, creator, esports, and launch calendar

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, or project coordination

- Fluent in French and English, with additional European languages a plus

- Strong understanding of gaming, esports, creator culture, and social media platforms

- Experience with project management systems, spreadsheets, and influencer management tools

- Strong interest in gaming, esports, and creator marketing
