## Description

We are looking for a Senior Category Marketing Manager to join our EU team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty.

As a Senior Category Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of European product marketing plans across Colour, Complexion, Skincare, and Fragrance, in partnership with the Head of Marketing EU.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing integrated EU product marketing plans with the Head of Marketing EU

- Leading Category Managers in developing category visions, growth plans, and portfolio architecture

- Consolidating category recommendations and aligning strategic priorities with the Head of Marketing EU

- Leading cross-category NPD and promotional prioritisation with commercial and global teams

- Coordinating cross-category launch and promotional planning

- Overseeing portfolio and lifecycle performance across NPD and core

- Developing differentiated channel portfolio priorities across Specialty, Department Stores, and Online/Pure Players

- Consolidating pricing, positioning, and lifecycle recommendations

- Using market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to identify and size growth opportunities

- Reviewing cross-category performance using shared analytical reporting

- Partnering with Go-To-Market, VM, Sales, REOPS, and Communications to align product priorities, launch readiness, and execution across European markets

- Leading, coaching, and developing both Category Managers

You will sit in our EU Marketing team, reporting directly into our Head of Marketing, EU, and partner closely with our wider EU Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in beauty, with proven category or portfolio ownership

- Strong strategic, commercial thinking

- Strategic thinking and strong cross-category prioritisation

- Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen

- Strong people leadership skills

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ruthlessly prioritise

- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of European markets is favourable
