## Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Agent (M/F/X) at our 4-star Mercure and Novotel Toulouse Centre Compans hotel, located in the heart of Toulouse.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's technical installations, performing routine maintenance tasks, and contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the proper functioning of the hotel's technical installations (electricity, plumbing, small equipment, etc.)

- Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks

- Participate in preventive maintenance and regular checks of installations

- Ensure the safety of people and property

- Be alert to anomalies and play a role in alerting others when external intervention is needed

- Apply technical procedures and Mercure brand standards

- Contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests through your actions

Requirements:

- Technical training (Bac Pro Maintenance, Technical, or equivalent) or initial experience in a similar role

- Manual dexterity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently while being a team player

- Reactivity and comfort with unexpected situations

- Interest in the hospitality industry and the proper functioning of a living establishment
